We all come to fitness with our own personal  goal or "why". My main objectives are to help you achieve that goal and live up to your why. The most direct way to actualize your goals is through personal or semi-private training. When considering a coach or trainer, it's important to look at their qualifications and background. You want to train with a person that has knowledge, a great understanding of technique and your agenda as their priority. I am that guy. Having worked at two of the best gyms in NYC (Mark Fisher Fitness and Five Points Academy) and having taught and certified coaches and fitness enthusiasts around the world, I know how to safely and efficiently lead you toward your goal. Whether you're looking for strength, muscle gain, fat loss or general fitness... I got you. 

I have also helped instructors and fitness enthusiast pass their DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training, RKC, RKC II, HKC, SFG, SFG II, SFL and PCC certifications. If you're a coach and you have a cert or strength test coming up... I got you too. 

Whether you're just looking for training or to pass a cert, both require one common thread, a great program. Having been Class Design Manager for both Mark Fisher Fitness locations, I have designed monthly classes for years. As a DVRT Master Instructor, I designed what is considered the definitive program to destroy the extremely challenging DVRT Clean and Press Test. As a Master RKC, I have helped trainers nail their strength tests. I program "Fury Thursdays" for the online Fitness Training and Education group Strength Faction. I also personalize every program for the Die Mighty Online crew. 

I know how to write simple, safe, challenging and effective programs to meet your needs.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

I also offer limited 2 on 1 Semi-Private Training if you and buddy train together. You get all of the above but at a lower cost because I'll be working with you and a friend at the same time.
