LURCH FREE ZONE: GETTING YOUR ULTIMATE SANDBAG DOWN SAFELY
Aside from people using the wrong handles, the biggest error we see in DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training involves people ending cleans or presses by lurching the body. There's no deceleration during the eccentric phase of the movement. Not only is lurching and staying rigid unsafe, we're completely losing out on training the skill of deceleration. This video is aimed to help you get that USB down safely to the ground while training the movement quality of deceleration during the eccentric phase.
