TECH TUESDAY! HOW TO DIP IN THE KETTLEBELL JERK

When we dip our quarter squat in our hardstyle kettlebell jerks, it will be more of forward knee bend with a vertical torso than shifting the hips as in a normal squat. The more vertical torso is important because it will let us catch the bell more overhead than behind. While we want a some thoracic extension we don't want to bend into our lower back. Let me know how it works for you! -Fury
