FURY THURSDAY! PROGRAMMING GAIT PATTERNS

Original Strength plays a big part in my Fury Thursdays. A key pillar of OS is the use of contralateral and midline crossing movements. When I know we're have lot of high tension, feed forward bilateral movements, I want to program things that will not only to "press reset" to our systems, but reinforce our gait pattern as well. Deadbugs, cross-crawls, any type of leopard crawl, birddogs, lunges are all simple and effective ways to incorporate mindline crossing and contralateral movements.
