ULTIMATE SANDBAG SATURDAY: OWNING THE MAX LUNGE

he MAX LUNGE is a core movement that is unique to the DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training System. While the Max Lunge can be performed many ways (slow to one side, slow alternating, alternating and ballistic), far too many people rush to be explosive. Often the USB gets too much of an arc and creates a "horseshoe" shape where we want more of a "U" trajectory. We reap the full benefits of the Max Lunge when we gain that control.
