RUNNERS AND THE ULTIMATE SANDBAG STEP UP

Running can take a toll on the body. Between impact and high repetition, bad habits and movement compensations can arise. Fury Hero, Hilary Lorenz, is a competitive runner. She was dealing with a lot of pain while running when we started training. Now I don't play physical therapist, but by making appropriate exercise selection great things happen.  I programmed Hilary DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Shouldered Step Ups to help reinforce and strengthen her gait pattern and stabilization.
