ZIPPING UP YOUR KETTLEBELL SWING

The kettlebell swing is a beautiful display of ballistic power. The bell hikes back, we zip up into our plank and the bell floats effortlessly. However, a common mistake when finding the plank is that people will '"zip up" by snapping their knees back. We want to avoid this at all costs. It's simply horrible for your knees. Instead, we want to zip up by bringing the hips forward into the plank. I hope this helps sort out your swing! -Fury
