This is much more than a "SANDBAG" certification. Dynamic Variable Resistance Training is a full blown system to progress and regress movement with a person's goals and well being in mind.
Level 1 sets the movement and strength foundations. Then we go big into safely training people in the frontal and transverse planes in Level 2.
