INTRO TO KETTLEBELL JUGGLING AND THE K.A.T. SYSTEM

Kettlebell Juggling is a surprisingly fun and highly effective way to train. Juggling bells offers increases in endurance, work capacity, neural plasticity, hand-eye coordination and more. 

Though at first glance it can appear "dangerous" the Kettlebell Athletic Training (K.A.T.) System created by Gus Petersen sets up the smart step by step progressions to get someone safely juggling (and having a blast while they're doing it). 

REGISTER BY 9/8 for ONLY $35. After that the course will be $50.

Intro to Kettlebell Juggling Course will take place on Sunday 9/16 in Brooklyn, NY. This 2 hour course will take place in Prospect Park. We'll be just inside the park on Prospect Park West between 12-13th Streets.

Registrants must know how to perform One Arm Kettlebell Swings in advance. 

Please bring water and a towel (yoga mat optional).
