SMALL GROUP training
Our Small Group Training are the most cost effective and fun way to train with Fury. This program blurs the line between a Personal Training session and class experience. The three big negatives of most "class" experiences are a lack of attention to form, a mindless class design and in it becomes easy to get lost in the shuffle. That will not happen here as each Small Group Training program can be adapted to meet you where you’re at.
Think of it as small group private training. We'll be using a combination of RKC Kettlebell Training, DVRT Ultimate Sandbags Training, Original Strength Movement Restoration and OS Indian Clubs to nail your goals. These are all training modalities that I travel the world teaching other coaches how to do. Now we get to do them together in Brooklyn.
Small Group Training is a great place to meet people with similar goals and interested. This is where we can make friends and get that sometimes needed extra motivation and accountability to show up. Showing up wins the day!
